HEDIS Data Analyst

Summary: Helps develop reports for Medicaid HEDIS operations in support for P4P incentives.

Job Responsibilities: ? Working with business analysts on requirements. ? Develop dashboards. ? Optimize queries for reporting. ? Potential light ETL (Extraction Transformation and Load). ? Ability to work independently and problem solve.

Required Qualifications: ? High school diploma/GED ? 3-5 years SQL experience, ? 3-5 years working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau). ? 1-2 years experience with PowerBI. ? Ability to work on multiple priorities at a time. ? Experience with Medicaid quality - preferred ? Experience with Medicare STARs - preferred ? Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud databases - preferred
