Treasury Support Specialist

About the position

The Treasury Support Specialist at Mercantile Bank is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional technical support to business customers. Responsibilities
? Answer calls from business customers and provide technical support and direction

? Log and create customer incidents
,
? Escalate product and sales related questions to appropriate team members/departments
,
? Execute system maintenance and manage administrative tasks
,
? Follow up, troubleshoot, and escalate issues effectively

Requirements
? High aptitude for technology and learning new systems
,
? 1-3 years of customer service experience
,
? High school diploma or GED
,
? Ability to work in an office environment and answer calls/respond to emails Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
,
? Professional demeanor
,
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
,
? Banking and/or Treasury experience is a plus

Nice-to-haves
? Prior banking or treasury management experience
