Responsibilities: ? Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients using leads provided by the company. ? Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and sales. ? Educate clients on Medicare plans, helping them select the best options for their needs. ? Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics. ? Stay current on Medicare regulations and offerings.

Requirements: ? A valid 02-40 or 02-15 license and AHIP certification. ? Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple screens. ? Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
