The Director of Vendor Management at Ensono is responsible for leading the Vendor Management Office (VMO) to oversee complex vendor-related initiatives. This role involves developing and executing vendor relationship management strategies, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Director will also focus on sustainable procurement practices and fostering diversity within the vendor base.
Responsibilities
? Lead the Vendor Management Office (VMO) for complex vendor-related initiatives, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment between needs and vendor services.

? Develop and execute comprehensive vendor relationship management strategies in collaboration with Senior Leadership.

? Prepare vendor scorecards on multiple parameters including financial, diversity, contractual compliance, delivery, quality, and operational performance.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor contacts at all levels.
,
? Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors to assess performance against contractual obligations using score carding.
,
? Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation with key vendors.
,
? Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure vendor performance.
,
? Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
,
? Implement corrective action plans for underperforming vendors.
,
? Develop vendor management strategies in line with organization vision & mission towards sustainable procurement.
,
? Evaluate vendors on necessary regulatory compliances/global certifications, working closely with internal/external audit teams.

? Develop and implement a vendor diversity program to promote supplier inclusion.
,
? Identify and engage with diverse suppliers.
,
? Lead and develop a high-performance vendor management team.
,
? Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Vendor Management and Procurement.

? 5+ years of experience in Management of a team of 5 or more associates.
,
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with Internal Stakeholders and outside suppliers.
