Job Description
Accountabilities:
? Move loans from submission to clear to close in a fast and efficient manner
? Think outside the box and provide solutions to complicated U/W conditions and scenarios
? Work with Appraisal Manager and place appraisal orders
? Analyze loan approvals & coordinate with LOs to obtain conditions
? Collect documentation needed for loan approvals
? Analyze and accurately calculate borrower income
? Work with your sales team and meet closing deadlines
? Comprehensive understanding of guidelines on all loan types
? Meet turn time requirements for certain tasks

Qualifications
What you bring to our winning team:
? 3-5 years loan processing experience required
? Excellent computer skills and efficiency
? Familiarity with financial and lending practices
? Individual must possess strong communication skills, excellent time management skills; and a strong focus on customer service.
? Ability to build rapport with clients
? Strong analytical and mathematical skills
? Desire to grow, take on new tasks, overcome objections
? Positive "can do" attitude
? Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish)
