? ROCKSTAR Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (must have Property and Casualty state insurance license)
? Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
? Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
? Ability to build relationships with clients and close sales with confidence
? A strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally and personally
? Natural Networker, never met a stranger

Responsibilities: ? Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers ? Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources ? Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs ? Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life?s uncertainties ? Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets ? Provide an ethical and positive customer experience always
