What you'll do:

The Digital Lending Executive will lead business development and digital transformation across the bank's commercial and consumer lending platforms. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, achieving quarterly revenue targets, and advancing digital automation initiatives. The executive will set a strategic vision for the bank's digital lending strategy, aligning with broader business goals to foster innovation, streamline processes, and improve customer experience. This position will require close collaboration with leadership to ensure that the digital transformation efforts lead to scalable revenue growth.
? Business Development & Revenue Growth:
? Lead strategies to meet defined revenue targets across commercial and consumer digital lending.
? Drive customer acquisition through innovative digital marketing, partnerships, and data-driven targeting.
? Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through partnerships, market outreach, and digital channels to drive loan volume and expand the customer base.
? Create and monitor sales pipelines for both commercial entities and consumer products.
? Digital Transformation Leadership:
? Spearhead the bank's digital transformation in lending, automating core lending processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
? Collaborate with C-level executives to define the digital lending vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
? Drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies to streamline loan origination, credit decision-making, and risk management.
? Defining specific goals and objectives for automation initiatives, aligning automation efforts with overall business strategy and communicating the vision effectively throughout the organization.
? Customer Experience & Retention:
? Lead efforts to optimize the digital lending journey, focusing on customer-centric processes that enhance borrower experiences.
? Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns to attract commercial and consumer loan applicants through digital platforms.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling digital lending campaigns, promotions, and strategies tailored to commercial entities and individual borrowers.
? Use data-driven insights to optimize customer targeting, onboarding processes, and retention strategies.
? Partnerships and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
? Build strategic partnerships with FinTech companies, digital platforms, and key industry players to expand reach and improve the efficiency of customer acquisition.
? Work with internal teams to expand the bank's portfolio of digital lending products to meet evolving customer needs in both the commercial and consumer segments, ensuring product offerings are competitive, differentiated, and aligned with market demand.
? Collaborate with Finance to design loan products with competitive rates, terms, and features for businesses and consumers.
? Measuring Success & Reporting:
? Continuously monitor the impact of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely adjustments.
? Regularly report key performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency improvements.
? Performance Metrics:
? Achieving quarterly revenue and loan origination targets.
? Growth in customer acquisition for both commercial and consumer segments.
? Expansion of the bank's digital lending market share.
? Success in building and managing strategic partnerships to drive loan volumes.

What you need:

Experience:
? Experience and measurable success in business development and digital transformation within banking or financial services.
? Proven track record in driving revenue growth, meeting targets, and successfully leading digital initiatives.
? Experience in both commercial and consumer lending, with strong knowledge of digital lending platforms and technologies.

Skills:
? Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to drive digital initiatives.
? Expertise in AI/ML, automation technologies, and digital transformation strategies.
? Experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
? Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit analysis and regulatory frameworks for a digital environment.
? Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and financial modeling.
? Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational and risk & compliance excellence.
