Description:
? Support CCU Academy Representatives with dual credit application processing.
? Organize and process documents for review by academic leaders.
? Track and communicate missing application items to representatives.
? Help solve application barriers and assist with registrations for programs.
? Engage with campus-wide programming and student success activities.
Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in education or related field preferred. ? Effective administrative skills and background preferred. ? Demonstrated skills in organization, project management, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making, including the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines. ? High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective. ? Effective oral and written communication skills. ? Excellent customer service. ? Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and as an individual contributor. ? Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. ? Work manage time effectively as a self-starter. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. ? Familiar with Salesforce, Filebound, and Adobe Pro preferred.
