Utilization Management Clinical Consultant

Description:
? Full-time remote Utilization Management Clinical Consultant opportunity for candidates residing in Florida
? Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST with flexibility for business needs
? Utilize clinical skills to coordinate, document and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program
? Apply critical thinking and clinical knowledge for Behavioral Health and/or medical conditions
? Collaborate to assess appropriateness of treatment plans across levels of care
? Coordinate, monitor and evaluate options for appropriate healthcare services/benefits
? Provide triage and crisis support
? Gather clinical information to render coverage determination/recommendation

Requirements: ? Must reside in Florida ? Licensed Independent Behavioral Health clinician or unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida with psychiatric specialty ? 3+ years clinical practice experience in behavioral health (e.g., psychiatric hospital, residential or behavioral health treatment) ? 1+ years' experience using MS office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word) ? 1+ year electronic medical record documentation experience
