Payroll Administrator - Lead

? Support Anthology?s global payroll operations
? Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries
? Assist in driving payroll functions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting a team of payroll professionals
? Prepare and process payroll for Anthology?s employees globally, ensuring compliance with regulations
? Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures
? Assist in payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
? Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals
? Partner with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas
? Support payroll activities for expansion into new international locations
? Develop and monitor internal controls to report financial information for the payroll department
? Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service
? Oversee year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms
Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience ? At least 7 years of experience in payroll ? At least 3 years of experience in global payroll operations ? Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach ? Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management ? Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) ? Fluency in written and spoken English ? Proven experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) (strongly preferred) ? Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US (strongly preferred) ? CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification ? Proficiency in a second language
