The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of financial transactions to serve Suncoast Credit Union members. An ideal candidate is comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera.
Responsibilities
? Process a variety of financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals
? Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures
? Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously
? Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions
? Perform end-of-day balancing
? Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements
? Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members
? Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
? Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program
? Complete FACT Act Red Flag training
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position
? Bilingual in Spanish preferred
? Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
? Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
? Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
? Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
? Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
? Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
