We are seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Aging Specialist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, with a strong understanding of dental insurance aging processes and claims follow-up. Proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft is required. ? *Key Responsibilities:**

• Review and manage dental insurance aging reports.

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and ensure timely payment.

• Communicate with dental offices and insurance companies to resolve any claim issues.

• Accurately document all follow-up activities and outcomes in Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft.

• Identify trends and escalate issues that may require further attention.
? *Qualifications:**

• **Minimum 5 years of experience in the dental field** is a must.

• **Proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft** is required.

• Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and claim follow-up procedures.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Must have errors and emissions and Cyber insurance
