The Human Resource/Payroll Software Analyst position at Educational Service District 112 is a full-time role that requires a blend of technical proficiency, critical thinking skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of the GCRISC, the analyst will provide software technical support and training to school districts within the Greater Columbia River Information Service Center Cooperative. This cooperative is responsible for software implementation, training, and support for all aspects of Skyward SMS and Qmlativ Financial Management, Human Resources, and Student applications. While the primary focus of this position is on Human Resources applications, the analyst will also lend support to Fiscal and Student applications as needed. The role involves conducting in-person training sessions at various school districts and education-related agencies within the assigned region, which requires travel. The position offers remote work flexibility, allowing for a balance between in-person and virtual engagements. The salary for this position varies based on experience and qualifications, with two levels of compensation available. The analyst will be expected to develop and conduct group presentations to both small and large audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and capable of utilizing the software effectively. This position is essential for enhancing the operational efficiency of the school districts served by the cooperative, ensuring that they can leverage the software tools to their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
? Provide software technical support and training to school districts.

Requirements
? High school diploma or GED required.

? 1 year of experience in developing and conducting group presentations.

? 1 year of experience in accounting, data management, or relational databases.

? 2 years of experience in customer service and building partnerships.

? Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.

? Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel.
