Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, driven, and tech-savvy Sales Representative who is a self-starter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting OneHealth?s diverse range of health plans, and closing sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions that provide value and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of OneHealth?s health plan products, including major medical and ancillary benefits. ? Identify and engage with potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. ? Conduct presentations and meetings to explain OneHealth's health plan solutions, emphasizing key benefits and savings. ? Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources by providing ongoing support and addressing their clients needs. ? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth and enhance market presence. ? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. ? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system.

Qualifications: ? Proven experience in selling individual health plans ? and other individual products (e.g., dental, vision, life insurance). ? Experience with small group health plans is a plus, but not required. ? Experience with insurance brokers, agents, and financial advisors is a plus, but not required. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. ? Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their own sales pipeline. ? Adept with technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Energetic and driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals. ? High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service.

Client Profile: The typical client for OneHealth?s individual Health product earns $60,000 - $80,000 annually as an individual, or $150,000 as a family. Understanding this profile is essential, as our products cater to clients seeking quality, comprehensive coverage outside of low-cost, subsidized plans.

Compensation & Benefits:
? Base Salary: $3,000 per month, plus a very competitive commission schedule.
? Earnings Potential: Within 5 months, successful representatives can expect to earn $100k annually with very reasonable sales goals. Earnings are uncapped.
