Support Engineer - Digital Banking

? Support Engineer collaborates with support and technical teams to drive system efficiency.

Requirements: ? High School Diploma required; Bachelor?s Degree preferred ? 3+ years of experience in engineering, production support, system administration, or related rolesrequired ? Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices ? Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (i.e., New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) ? Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Python, Bash) ? Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e., AWS is preferred) ? Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) ? Experience with configuration management tools (i.e., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) ? Experience with incident management tools (i.e., PagerDuty, OpsGenie) ? Knowledge of database management and tuning (i.e., SQL, NoSQL)
