Key Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data on business performance metrics. ? Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and improvement plans. ? Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management to facilitate data-driven decision-making. ? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices. ? Help maintain and update operational documentation and standard operating procedures. ? Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ? Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. ? Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ? Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
