About the position

As a Finance Analyst at CBRE, you will utilize your accounting knowledge to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties. This role is integral to the Financial Strategy and Operations function, focusing on maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

Responsibilities
? Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.

? Create and post journal entries, ensuring accurate posting of expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, and funding requests.

? Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive financial reports.
,
? Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to management and vendor requests.

? Analyze trends in business conditions using scenario planning tools/models.
,
? Resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding accounting reports.

? Research open accounting issues and recognize potential conflicts for corrective action.

? Utilize existing procedures to solve standard problems.

? Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and impact the quality of work.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.

? Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

? Experience in analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices.

? In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

? Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

? Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.
