We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join the team. This role focuses on supporting payroll processing. The team works remotely.
Key Responsibilities: ? Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle eBusiness Suite, specifically for Accounts Payable and Payroll modules. ? Report Creation and Troubleshooting: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports. This is a critical function as the organization has recently lost its primary report resource. ? Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions. ? Problem Solving: Identify deficiencies in the current Oracle system, quantify their costs/pains, and optimize processes to address these issues. ? Third-Party Integration: Ensure seamless integration with third-party timekeeping systems such as Kronos and other relevant systems.
Qualifications: ? Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly in Accounts Payable and Payroll. ? Technical Skills: ? Proficiency in Oracle 12.1 eBusiness Suite. ? Strong report creation and troubleshooting skills. ? Experience with third-party timekeeping systems like Kronos. ? Experience with MS Access and Excel ? Comfortable with SQL / PL/SQL coding and review to uncover and resolve issues within the Oracle system. ? Soft Skills: ? Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders. ? Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address system deficiencies. ? Strong analytical skills to quantify costs/pains and optimize processes.
