Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

? Serve as a strategic business partner to key departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Solutions) to provide financial insights and recommendations.
? Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and weekly forecast updates for assigned business units ensuring Adaptive is up to date at all times.
? Analyze SaaS-specific financial metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC, etc.) to track performance and provide actionable recommendations.
? Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support revenue and expense forecasting.
? Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and business objectives.
? Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide leadership with data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
? Assist in preparing Board of Directors presentations, investor reporting, ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and business case development for new initiatives.
? Continuously improve financial reporting and forecasting processes to drive operational efficiency.
? Stay updated on SaaS industry trends and benchmarks to support best practices and inform financial strategy.
Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. ? 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the SaaS industry. ? Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key financial metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, Churn, etc.). ? Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) required. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. ? Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. ? Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
