Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical specialty pharmacy accounts.
Understand the needs and goals of each account and develop strategies to meet their specific needs.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to secure new contracts.
Serve as the main point of contact for all clinical specialty pharmacy account inquiries and concerns.
Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve growth targets.
Educate and train account staff on Cigna's products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to accounts.
Identify and address potential issues or challenges within accounts, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.
Represent Cigna at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels within accounts.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized account records and documentation.
Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues to drive overall team success.
