Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative

We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. Job responsibilities include: ? Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and provide solutions as needed ? Help sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed ? Cross-sell products to existing clients ? Process endorsements such as vehicle additions, driver additions, etc. ? Process renewals on our existing book of business each month ? Maintain detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system ? Other duties as assigned ? We must stress that this is a high energy, fast moving company. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is vitally important. Qualifications: ? Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License ? At least one-year commercial insurance experience ? College degree preferred; high school diploma required Benefit Conditions: ? Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 plus unlimited commission potential

COVID-19 considerations:

To ensure the safety of our employees our office is cleaned nightly by our building's cleaning service which uses hospital grade cleaning solutions. We also do a team deep clean of the office once per week.

Education:
? High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

License/Certification:
? Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
