About the Role:

Join our dynamic power delivery team and contribute to the development, construction, and operation of cutting-edge projects. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining relationships with engineering consultants, equipment suppliers, and construction contractors, and you'll provide vital technical support and guidance for both new and existing assets. Your mission will be to identify cost-effective solutions for constructing new projects, develop project cost and schedule estimates, and manage contracts to ensure the safe and efficient engineering, procurement, and construction of projects.

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead bid solicitations and project development with your expertise in substation engineering, procurement, and construction. ? Review design packages, physical layout plans, material specifications, and construction guidelines to ensure top-notch quality. ? Evaluate protection and control designs, along with electrical studies and reports. ? Analyze engineering, procurement, and construction elements to find cost-effective solutions in a competitive market. ? Request bids, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts with engineering consultants, equipment suppliers, and construction contractors. ? Oversee contracts related to engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure project success.

Qualifications: ? A BS in Electrical Engineering. ? Over 10 years of experience in the power industry. ? Extensive experience in high voltage substation work. ? Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple assignments. ? A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. ? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to work independently with regular guidance.
