Installation Accounts Payable Administrator (Remote)

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Field Services Installation team. The IAP Admin. is responsible for assisting the Director of Installer Contracting and Administration and other department personnel in the administration of contracts, tracking contractual deadlines and distributing critical communications. In addition to managing the payroll of installers, this person will also perform clerical duties and provide telephone support. This position is remote.

Responsibilities
? Provides administrative support for installation administration department.
? Assist with payroll and work orders processing.
? Assist to prepare Certified Payroll, insurance enrollments and waivers.
? Maintains comprehensive tracking of all contract documents requiring signatures and facilitates the timely collection thereof.
? Communicates with installers to keep contracts in compliance.
? Runs reports from the pipeline, export, edit and prepare them in Excel.
? Sends packages via UPS.
? Handles, organizes and keeps good records of communication via email, regular mail and phone calls.
? OCIP and CCIP admin.
? Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Skills
? Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits.
? Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ADP, Kronos, or PeopleSoft is a plus).
? Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data accurately.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry tasks.
? Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and team members.

Education and/or Experience
? High school diploma or GED required.
? Two years clerical administrative experience required.
? Knowledge of business English, proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
? Good computer skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
? Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds and with co-workers at all levels.
? At least 2 years? experience in contract compliance, preferably within the construction business is a plus (Waivers, Customer Controlled Insurance Program, and Certified Payroll).
? Payroll processing experience is a plus.
? Bilingual (Spanish) is a requirement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
