About the role and where you will be working:

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead manages billing, collection, and reconciliation of accounts receivable while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of financial processes. This role will use technology for efficient invoicing and payment collection, ensuring excellent service and adherence to aged care regulations.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale. This position has the option to work from home 2/3 days per week.

Duties for this role may include the following:
? Prepare, issue, and manage invoices for residents and stakeholders in compliance with aged care standards.
? Follow up on outstanding payments and implement collection strategies while maintaining positive relationships.
? Perform monthly accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure data integrity with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly.
? Lead a team.

To be considered for this role you'll be:
? Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable processing with a strong understanding of revenue recognition standards.
? Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
? Ability to manage sensitive financial matters with empathy and professionalism.
? Sound communication skills, both verbal and written, delivering a high level of positive customer service and building positive and productive relationships.
? Ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
