Consumer Loan Servicing Representative II The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $20.67 - $28.94 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You?ll Be Doing Responsible for providing direct assistance to Members, team members and third parties regarding complex inquiries, research, and solutions pertaining to Member loans post funding. Ensures timely completion of such requests and transactions while complying with established internal standards and external regulations. Maintains working knowledge and understanding of loan servicing guidelines, policies and procedures. Responds to Member, third party, and teammember inquiries concerning loan servicing, payoffs, and other loan information details. Responsible for maintenance of loan files, including but not limited to, payoff requests/demands, corrections, reamortizations payment skips, and file maintenance on teammember consumer loans. Ensures refunds and loan payments are properly credited or applied to Member loans. Responsible for payoff processing and coordinating title release. Responsible for evaluating insurance settlements, processing insurance proceeds and coordinating title release, and completing Letters of Guarantee. Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Lending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs and desktops) Reviews and works department reports on a monthly or ad hoc basis as required by management. Assists with testing, validation and training of process changes. Assists with department projects upon request. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
