Lead Auditor and Schedule Coordinator (Remote)

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Lead Auditor and Schedule Coordinator for their Quality Engineering group. In this role, you will lead and participate in a tiered Sustainment Operations audit program aimed at tracking network performance, compliance, Government Property, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining audit process standard work, as well as supporting both second and third-party audits. Your duties will include maintaining audit records and managing, tracking, and following up on associated corrective actions. You will also facilitate the development of root cause analyses and corrective actions for audit findings, non-conformances, and compliance issues, reviewing and approving Corrective Action Requests (CARs) in the ETQ system. Additionally, you will collect and analyze process data, transforming it into meaningful information that will be shared with senior management, including control towers and the Management Control Advisory Board (MCAB). This position requires travel of up to 20%, both domestically and internationally, to ensure compliance and quality standards are met across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality auditing, particularly within the Aviation, Space, or Defense sectors, or other regulated industries, and will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes within the organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).

? 8+ years of experience in Quality or 5+ years of experience in Quality with an advanced degree.

? Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access requirements for restricted systems/tools.

? Quality auditing experience in Aviation, Space or Defense or other regulated industry.
Nice-to-haves
? AS9100 Lead Auditor Certificate

? Six Sigma or advanced Lean Certifications
,
? Prior Lead Auditor experience preferred
,
? Previous experience delivering presentations to all levels of management for compliance activities/metrics

? Previous experience in the knowledge and use of CORE Principles including leading/coaching teams through use of RCCA tools.
