E Mortgage is seeking experienced loan officers to join our dynamic team, focusing on both inside and outside loan agents. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a book of business and a proven track record in funding loans with top lenders nationwide. As a loan officer, you will have the advantage of working with leading lenders across the country, supported by an in-house processor and underwriting team. We offer comprehensive training on a variety of mortgage programs, including Purchase, Refinance, Fannie/Freddie/FHA/VA/USDA/Jumbo loans, Bank statement loans, stated income loans, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, low FICO options, commercial loans, hard money loans, and down payment assistance programs. This position allows for remote work, providing you with the flexibility to manage your referrals and self-generated clients from the comfort of your home. You will represent buyers and sellers, assisting them with mortgage financing, all under one roof. This role is designed to accommodate those who may wish to pursue another career while still helping family and friends with their home financing needs, all while earning substantial commission checks. There are no requirements to work in an office, no micromanagement, and no set hours, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits you. Compensation is competitive, with a 1099 payout structure that offers 70% of revenue and weekly payouts. We are looking for candidates with proven lending sales experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and writing abilities. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role, as you will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, processing loan applications, and maintaining client relationships throughout the underwriting process.
Responsibilities
? Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.

? Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans.

? Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans.

? Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information.

? Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them.

? Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.

? Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services.

? Maintain and update account records.

? Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.

? Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.

? Go the 'extra mile' to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.

? Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.
Requirements
? Proven lending sales experience.
