About the position

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Financial Analyst in Supply Chain Management, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the upgrading of SCM controlling. This position is designed to provide financial support to our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business, Procurement, and Demand Planning teams, with a significant focus on budget, forecast, and actual results reporting, coupled with excellent data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and consolidating monthly financial results, conducting variance analysis, and providing transparency on logistics costs. You will also prepare annual budget submissions and work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction and risk mitigation. In this role, you will be expected to proactively support business partners in understanding actual performance and future projections. Your expertise in data analytics will be crucial as you prepare and input standard and ad hoc journal entries, and provide monthly and annual reporting for various financial metrics. You will interact with finance and non-finance stakeholders across multiple locations, ensuring that financial data is presented in a clear and actionable format to facilitate informed decision-making by senior leadership. This position is remote, but candidates must be located within travel distance of a Siemens Healthineers location, as travel may be required based on business needs. Responsibilities
? Preparation and consolidation of monthly POC OEM financial results and forecast submissions including P&L, productivity, inventory, CAPEX, scrap, and volume analysis.

? Provide transparency with logistics costs, including actuals and forecast, focusing on cost of goods sold and inventory at primary Distribution Centers.
,
? Preparation and input of standard and ad hoc journal entries for OEM.
,
? Provide monthly/annual input for Jedox reporting system for OEM.
,
? Preparation of monthly CNI reporting for Head of Procurement and Commodity Managers.
,
? Preparation and submission of monthly actual and forecast data uploads to SCMCoRe for POC Headquarters Purchasing Volume/CNI.
,
? Work with the team on productivity reporting, facilitate estimates for pipeline ideas, and review project calculations for accuracy.
,
? Identify, log, and communicate areas of opportunity and risk with underlying factors and risk mitigations.
,
? Preparation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of annual budget submissions for POC OEM with focus on Total Cost, Standard Product Costs and Net Manufacturing Contribution.

? Prepare and submit annual budget data upload to SCMCoRe for POC HQ PVO/CNI.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
,
? 7+ years of progressive analytical and controlling experience, or MBA with 5 years experience.
,
? Relevant experience supporting cross-functional leadership teams.
,
? Relevant experience in supporting improvement initiatives.
,
? Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and regulations.

Nice-to-haves
? Previous related SCM Finance experience or interaction with SCM Finance related activities.

? Demonstrated experience with data analytic tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau).
,
? SCMCoRe knowledge is a plus.
