The Single-Family Acquisitions Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing mortgage fraud investigations to effectively manage Fraud and AML risks. Responsibilities include:
? Perform end-to-end fraud investigations, including mortgage loan file reviews, interviews etc. and document findings and conclusions in a clear and concise manner.
? Maintain cycle times for completing investigations.
? Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) for investigations and file timely in accordance with FinCen requirements.
? Design fraud analytics using mortgage loan data to identify patterns and trend; analyze mortgage loan portfolio, emerging trends, and business practices for possible fraud scenarios.
? Execute internal controls related to fraud investigations.
? Provide complete and accurate investigation data for fraud reporting.
? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: ? CFE Preferred. ? Typically has 8+ years? experience in conducting mortgage fraud investigations. ? Demonstrated experience and expertise in FinCEN reporting requirements. ? Must have experience with state of the art industry practices for preventive fraud mitigation, implementation of strategies and solutioning for technological challenges. ? Strong analytical skills to perform research and analysis beyond on-field investigations. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly written communication skills. ? Self-motivated, with the capability of managing multiple priorities and efficient in proposing solutions.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $115,000 - $173,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
