Insurance Agent - Licensed Life & Health

? Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products
? Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data
? Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines
? Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities
? Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses
? Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed
Requirements: ? An active state Life or Life and Health insurance license ? Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience ? Must complete the state exam for your life and health license prior to starting your on-the-job training ? Preferred: Experience working with POS applications ? Previous remote or call center experience ? 2+ years of sales experience
