Description:
We are looking for a reliable and professional freelancer to provide overflow phone support for a U.S.-based roofing company. This role involves answering calls after hours or during business hours when the phone is not answered. Call volume is currently low, so there will be downtime between calls, but availability for approximately 9 hours per day, 5-7 days per week, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Engage in fluid conversations with U.S.-based customers and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments, take detailed messages, and follow scripts as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with the ability to hold fluid and natural conversations with U.S. customers.
- Reliable and available during the designated hours (approximately 9 hours/day).
- Willing to commit to this position long-term.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
- Have a quiet space to take phone calls and speak with customers.
- Must have good experience using Microsoft products, general computer skills, email.
- Must have a reliable phone service to receive forwarded calls.
