Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our team, focusing on behavioral healthcare budgeting and revenue modeling. In this essential position, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the financial health of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) participants through comprehensive financial analysis, report preparation, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
? Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of financial data, encompassing revenues, expenditures, cost projections, insurance, and fiscal modeling.
? Develop and examine CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and associated documents in alignment with project parameters.
? Identify and propose improvements for financial performance, aid in establishing Payment Program Access (PPS) models, track variances, monitor trends, and offer actionable insights to management.
? Convey clear and succinct financial analyses to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and staff, ensuring that the information is comprehensible to all audiences.

Required Skills
? Profound knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
? Demonstrated experience in auditing, billing compliance, and trend analysis, particularly within outpatient treatment facilities, behavioral health centers, and care management practices.
? Acquainted with CCBHCs, healthcare billing regulations, and revenue management in behavioral health environments.
? Strong collaborative capabilities, enabling effective partnerships with executives and team members to achieve project objectives.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting intricate financial data to diverse audiences, including senior management and non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications
? A Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
? 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fiscal management or administration, emphasizing financial systems, management information, and controls.
