Description:
? Liftoff seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst for the FP&A team.
? Operate monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes.
? Support headcount planning and data-driven decision making.
? Prepare financial review packages for management and the Board.
? Build and maintain financial models for insights and recommendations.
? Support senior leadership with ad-hoc research and analysis.
? Work with leaders to review and finalize financial metrics.
? Partner with teams to understand data structures and automate metrics.
Requirements: ? 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business operations or related fields. ? Robust financial modeling experience, ideally in Tech or high growth industries. ? Strong systems aptitude and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace. ? Experience with NetSuite and EPM tools like Pigment, Oracle, or Anaplan preferred. ? Strong analytical and critical thinking; can communicate complex concepts. ? Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. ? Superb communication skills; effectively manages relationships with stakeholders. ? History of cross-functional work with strong relationship management & collaboration. ? Bachelor?s Degree (MBAs invited; CFA/CPA a plus).
