The Senior Manager role within the Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) group at Liberty Mutual Insurance involves overseeing strategic consulting projects that advise senior executives on key decisions. Responsibilities
? Oversee a workstream within a consulting team advising Liberty Mutual's senior executives.

? Design work plans for the workstream and collect data from various sources.

? Craft compelling storylines that articulate findings, insights, and recommendations.

? Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.

? Guide team and client stakeholders towards consensus and gain buy-in.

? Communicate with senior leadership to influence and drive organizational action.

? Support the development and coaching of Associate Consultants and Senior Associate Consultants.

? Contribute to CS&R initiatives such as recruiting and talent development.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree and MBA degree, or equivalent business background.

? 3+ years of experience, including 1+ years of post-MBA experience.

? Minimum 1-2 years of strategy consulting or relevant work experience.

? Strong critical thinking skills and ability to apply judgment to broader issues.
,
? Ability to leverage experience and analysis to influence others.

? Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.

? Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

? Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

? Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
