Senior Client Relationship Manager ? Student & Families

The Sr. Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive client retention and growth, ensuring the successful implementation and continued success of employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness services tailored to the unique needs of students and families.

Primary Responsibilities
? Manage Business Relationships: Oversee the Relationships with a Defined Portfolio of School District Clients, Ensuring that the EAP and Wellness Programs Meet the Specific Needs of These Sectors
? Consultative Recommendations: Provide Expert Guidance and Recommendations to Help Clients Optimize the Use of EAP and Wellness Programs by Students, Parents, Care Givers, and Families Ensuring They Align with Their Needs
? Client-Specific Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with Client Plan Sponsors (E.G., School Administrators, Teachers, Student Health Services, Union Leadership, and Municipal HR Departments) to Develop and Implement Engagement Strategies for EAP and Wellness Programs Tailored to Educational Environments
? Program Performance Evaluation: Continuously Assess and Refine Program Performance Both Internally and Externally, Identifying Areas for Improvement while Ensuring Compliance with Public Sector Regulations and Unique Client Requirements.
? Market Understanding: Develop and Maintain a Deep Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape, Specifically how it Applies to School Districts
? Client Presentations: Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Presentations to Current and Prospective Municipal and School District Clients, Highlighting the Benefits of EAP and Wellness Solutions and Ensuring Alignment with Their Organizational Goals and Student and Family Needs

? Excellent Presentation and Written Communication Skills: Ability to Clearly Communicate Complex Concepts and Benefits to Diverse Municipal and Educational Stakeholders.
? Project Management and Organizational Expertise: Strong Ability to Manage Multiple Client Relationships, Including Coordinating with Various Departments within Municipalities and School Districts.
? Results-Driven and Autonomous: Highly Motivated and Able to Work Independently in a Fast-Paced Environment, with a Focus on Achieving Measurable Outcomes for Clients.
? Proactive And Detail-Oriented: Strong Attention to Detail with a Proactive Approach to Solving Client Challenges and Driving Program Success.
? Relationship Building: Proven Ability to Build and Maintain Long-Term, Successful Relationships with Public Sector Clients, Understanding the Unique Challenges and Needs of Municipalities and School Districts.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
? Five (5) or More Years of B2B Account Management/Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt., Health Technology, Etc.) with a Focus on Municipal or Educational Sectors Preferred
? Stable Employment History
? BS/BA Degree
? Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
