Mission: The Client Success Manager (CSM) will oversee the complete client lifecycle?from onboarding to upsell opportunities and ongoing strategic communication. This role will continuously sell and guide clients towards their goals, address their overall needs, and foster long-term relationships that reduce churn and encourage growth.

The ideal candidate possesses significant knowledge of the dental implant full arch sales process, with the ability to manage client relationships with intelligence and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead initial client onboarding calls (transitioning from founder-led to self-led) discussing the practice?s goals, re-establishing the client?s vision, and expectation setting for the process ? Conduct monthly strategic Zoom meetings and maintain at least two strong touchpoints per month per client ? Monitor and manage client KPIs, proactively address issues, and coordinate with the team for solutions ? Collaborate closely with the founders to adjust client efforts/campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals ? Identify and act on upsell opportunities, aiming for a monthly revenue target of $5,000 from upsells ? Maintain a churn rate below 9% by providing exceptional service and support ? Develop relationships that lead to client referrals and testimonials ? Oversee all aspects of the client journey, including onboarding, campaign strategy, and post-service evaluations

Outcomes Expected:
? Achieve and maintain <9% client churn rate
? Generate $5,000+ in monthly upsell revenue
? Ensure every client has monthly strategic Zoom meetings and consistent strategic touchpoints
? Collect at least one referral and one positive review per month from satisfied clients

Competencies and Qualifications: ? Strong experience working with dental practice owners or directly in the dental implant / full arch sales process (within the practice). ? Exceptional organizational and project management skills ? A+ communication abilities: articulate, clear, and persuasive in both writing and speaking ? High adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage changing client needs and priorities ? Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and works closely with leadership ? Experience with digital marketing fundamentals (preferred but can be taught) ? Familiarity with remote tools such as GoHighLevel and Slack (preferred but trainable)
