Sr. Executive/Lead - US Accounting & Finance (US Federal)

SalezShark is actively hiring a motivated and result-oriented Sr. Executive/Lead - US Accounting & Finance (US Federal) to join our esteemed Finance team. Please refer to the job description below for more details -

Job Description:

? Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger & taking care of the complete Bookkeeping for US Federal employees.

? To perform day-to-day accounting using Quickbooks including Bank, AP, AR, and Journal Entries.

? Review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to payment terms.

? Invoicing clients and customers. Ensuring billing on time.

? Assisting in employee onboarding and de-boarding on Quickbooks and Benefits.

? Coordinating in timesheets & processing of US payroll, and employee expenses.

? Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances, and follow up on overdue payments.

? Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

? Participate and perform ad-hoc projects as and when assigned.

Required Candidate profile:

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

? 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in US accounting preferably US GAAP.

? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

? Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

? Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Work Location: Remote

Shift Timing: 4.00 PM to 1.00 AM IST
