Description:
? Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
? Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies
? Delivers quality by implementing the CARES model to customers and internal partners
? Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations
? Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to business goals
? Influences implementation of best practices meeting business objectives

Requirements: ? Expertise in Equipment Finance syndications, specializing in leading contract negotiations in partnership with internal/external legal, internal partners and investors ? Success in supporting the syndications/capital markets teams and investors at a superior level ? Establish and adherence to ongoing deal administration ? Lead special projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk ? Manage compliance with documented policies and procedures surrounding the business
