Key Responsibilities: ? Deliver outstanding customer service while building trust and satisfaction among policyholders. ? Utilize computer systems efficiently, including Microsoft Office and database software. ? Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, while embracing opportunities to improve these skills. ? Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. ? Qualifications: ? A high school diploma or equivalent. ? Experience providing exceptional customer service. ? Strong computer skills and typing ability. ? Open and willing to learn and grow in various capacities.

This role is based in our GEICO office located at 4295 Ocmulgee East Boulevard, Macon, GA 31295.
