We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant who would like to take responsibilities and grow with our team. You will be given a lot of responsibility and be rewarded if the tasks are on time, quality and over time, with initiative. You will report to the Founder of a Real Estate Company in the US.

If you are assistant with experience in general office tasks such as:

1. Transactions Coordination

a. Review Title Commitments

b. Resolving difficult title issues

c. Proactive issue resolution

2. Coordinate all Supporting and Closing Documents with Client, Notary all third party affiliates

a. Understand, create and finalize all Affidavit of Heirship Docs

b. Use templates for Deeds to send for seller/owner signatures

c. Understand all requirements for closing, i.e. POA, Tax Documents, Indemnity Hold Harmless Agreement, etc.

Other areas you will support:

Bookkeeping, Hiring, Marketing and other Admin related projects

Your most important asset will be a no excuses attitude toward getting projects completed efficiently and efficiently, along with an infinite passion for personal growth and learning how entrepreneurs start and run businesses. Your ability to effectively take ownership of your department and proactively add value will make you an ideal candidate for the position.

About Us:

Our business focus on acquiring properties with the original owners of record who passed away that have complicated property title issues, such as liens, judgments, tax problems, code violations, probate matters, broken chains of title, ownership transfer errors.

We focus on buying partial interest in the properties, i.e. 10%, 20% at an instance, and over the course of time, getting to 100%. This allows the heirs that want to sell, to recoup some of their equity. This entails that Ninety-five % of the properties have 3+ AOHs, etc.

We are buy them outside of traditional title companies, then working with attorneys and clearing up the title commitment and then getting a clean GWD. Very legally intensive, challenging, but a big value to sellers who can?t otherwise sell their portion of the property
