Comment vous allez cr?er un impact :
? Travailler en partenariat avec les souscripteurs d?sign?s pour le traitement de bout en bout des nouvelles affaires et des renouvellements.
? ?valuer les nouvelles propositions et les propositions de renouvellement.
? Travailler en ?troite collaboration avec les partenaires du Centre de services (CS) et du Centre d?excellence (CE) afin d??laborer et de fournir des solutions sur mesure.
? D?celer et r?soudre les alertes et les blocages de comptes ? l??tape de l??tude de la proposition afin d??viter tout conflit li? ? un compte.
? Effectuer l?analyse des donn?es, puis pr?parer et compl?ter les documents de r?f?rence.
? Analyser l?information sur les sinistres et les ?tats financiers pour faciliter l??laboration des devis d?assurance.
? Contribuer ? l??tablissement de devis d?assurance, de notes de couverture, de polices, d?avenants et d?avis de r?siliation dans les d?lais prescrits.
? Demander l??tablissement de polices individuelles, le cas ?ch?ant.
? Pr?parer des directives d??tablissement des polices pour les services partag?s et la facturation des primes.
? Pr?parer les documents pour les devis de r?assurance en vue de la souscription.
? Effectuer l?examen des polices apr?s leur ?tablissement et documenter toutes les divergences ? des fins d?examen.
? Pr?ter assistance aux souscripteurs dans le suivi des courtiers sur les subjectivit?s en suspens, y compris les accords juridiques, les garanties et les primes.
? Effectuer le suivi de la r?servation des primes et l??tablissement des polices afin de s?assurer que les crit?res du secteur d?activit? sont respect?s.
? Assister aux r?unions avec les courtiers ou les clients ? la demande du service de souscription.
? Continuellement respecter les accords de niveau de service et les crit?res de volume, d?exactitude et de qualit?.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour r?ussir :
? Bilinguisme oral et ?crit (fran?ais/anglais) essentiel, puisqu'une partie importante des t?ches quotidiennes ex?cut?es par l?employ?(e) ?manera des provinces canadiennes autres que le Qu?bec, des ?tats-Unis et de divers autres pays
? Poss?der au minimum soit un an d?exp?rience ou de formation dans le domaine de l?assurance, ou l??quivalent, soit une combinaison ad?quate de formation et d?exp?rience.
? ?tre titulaire d?un baccalaur?at ou d?un dipl?me d??tudes coll?giales (DEC) de pr?f?rence.
? Faire preuve de souci du d?tail, poss?der des aptitudes d?analyse et de r?flexion critique, de prise de d?cisions en fonction du niveau d?autorit? et de r?solution des probl?mes.
? ?tre en mesure de fonctionner efficacement dans un milieu dynamique, ?tre adaptable, ?tre ? l?aise face ? l?ambigu?t?, ?tre capable de travailler ? un rythme soutenu et d??tablir des priorit?s entre plusieurs t?ches.
? Ma?triser la technologie et ?tre capable de naviguer dans divers syst?mes informatiques.

Senior Bilingual Underwriting Assistant
Join us as a Senior Bilingual Underwriting Assistant to make more of your specialist expertise and experience.
AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact:
? Partner with assigned underwriters in end-to-end new and renewal business processing.
? Evaluate new and renewal submissions.
? Works closely with Service Center and Center of Excellence (CoE) partners to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
? Identify and resolve account alerts and blocks during submission to avoid account conflicts.
? Perform data analytics, and referral documentation preparation and completion.
? Analyze loss information and financial statements to facilitate quote development.
? Assist with issuing quotes, binders, policies, endorsements, and cancellations within prescribed timelines.
? Requests individual policy filings as needed.
? Prepares policy writing instructions for Shared Services and premium billings.
? Prepare documents for reinsurance quotes for underwriting.
? Complete post-issuance policy review and document all discrepancies for review.
? Assist underwriters with broker follow-ups on outstanding subjectivities, including Legal Agreements, Collateral, and Premium.
? Track premium booking and policy issuance to ensure LOB metrics are met.
? Attend broker or client meetings as requested by underwriting.
? Consistently meet service level agreements and volume, accuracy, and quality metrics.
What you?ll need to succeed:
? Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) is essential, as a significant portion of the daily tasks handled by the employee will be based in provinces other than Quebec, the United States, and various other countries.
? Minimum of 1 year of related insurance experience and/or training, or equivalent, a relevant combination of education and experience.
? Bachelor?s degree or college diploma preferred
? Must be detail-oriented, possess analytical and critical thinking skills, decision-making based on level of authority, and problem-solving.
? Effective in a dynamic environment, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, working at pace and prioritizing multiple tasks
? Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate various computer-based systems.
? Microsoft Office ? proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
