Analyst SaaS Investment Banking | Manhattan, NY, USA | Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst specializing in the technology sector to join their team remotely from the NYC area. The role involves executing sell-side M&A transactions for tech companies valued between $100M to $1B, with a focus on SaaS and tech firms.

Responsibilities: ? Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions. ? Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials. ? Perform industry and company research to identify potential acquisition targets. ? Assist in the due diligence process, including data room management and coordination with clients and other advisors. ? Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. ? Monitor and analyze market trends and developments in the technology sector. ? Support senior bankers in deal execution and client management.

Requirements: ? 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, preferably with a focus on technology. ? Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ? Familiarity with SaaS business models and the technology sector. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
