We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of tax, accounting, and audit/assurance services to a diverse national client base. Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and conduct thorough reviews of various tax returns, including S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individual filings.
? Address intricate tax matters, with a specific focus on real estate transactions, including 754 elections and 1031 exchanges.
? Collaborate with clients spanning multiple industries, such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, service, and technology.
? Play an integral role in the ongoing growth and prosperity of the firm.

Required Skills
? 10+ years of experience in public accounting.
? Profound knowledge of tax principles with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
? Proven experience working with clients generating revenues between (10 million and )100 million.
? Strong technical capabilities, including managing an annual volume of 300-500 tax returns.
? Active CPA or EA license.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
? A proactive, results-oriented approach to work.

? Extensive experience and expertise in tax preparation and compliance.
? Strong background in navigating complex tax issues.
