About the position

This position supports the Integrated Care Network (ICN) by performing essential daily staffing functions and processing time and attendance for ICN employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing and distributing reports related to staffing and time management, as well as creating and maintaining databases and forms that pertain to employee demographics, schedules, and staffing patterns. This role is crucial in ensuring that our staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team. In addition to the administrative responsibilities, the position requires participation in educational programs, unit meetings, and assigned committees. The candidate will also engage in performance improvement activities and share the responsibility for teaching and orienting new personnel within their skill level. Responsibilities
? Processes time and attendance for ICN staff/department.

? Performs daily staffing functions.

? Completes and distributes reports related to staffing and time and attendance.

? Creates and/or maintains databases and forms related to the ICN's employees' demographics, schedules, and staffing patterns.

? Attends education programs, unit meetings, and assigned committees.

? Participates in performance improvement activities.

? Shares responsibility for teaching and orientation of new personnel (within own skill level).

Requirements
? HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience.
,
? Experience in a clerical role or as an administrative assistant in a health care setting.

? Must have working knowledge of general computer use.
,
? Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete several tasks simultaneously.
,
? Majority of work involves processing data via computer programs and the use of excel spreadsheets.
