Overview

The Zippy Guide Assistant (ZG I) is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound and inbound call center environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through proactive communication, supporting licensed Zippy Guides, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

In Short
? Support licensed MLOs in all functions as business demand rises.
? Manage all outbound and inbound calls with excellent customer service.
? Focus on calling through leads daily and reviewing applications.
? Review and prepare documents for processor submission.
? Provide outstanding customer service and communication with applicants.
? Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned.
? Participate in training to prepare for the SAFE exam if needed.
Requirements
? 1-2 years of sales experience in a high outbound/inbound call center environment.
? Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
? Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
? Proactive and autonomous worker.
? Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience preferred.
? MLO licensing helpful but not required.
