As an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.2. Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent.3. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.5. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee engagement and productivity.6. Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages and benefits offerings.7. HR Compliance: Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and mitigate legal risks.8. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions, by providing HR expertise and guidance.9. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and improve employee retention.10. HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field? SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus? 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering? Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills? Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels? Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelySalary range: $61,440 - $92,160. This base salary range is a good faith estimate. Based on candidate skills/experience the final offer may be lower/higher.
