The Investment Banking Analyst Program - Full-Time Y1 - Capital Call Financing at Societe Generale is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in corporate and investment banking. Responsibilities
? Support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities

? Prepare client presentations and other marketing material

? Utilize internal underwriting guidelines and transaction deal terms to produce internal credit applications

? Conduct client due diligence of existing and prospective transaction opportunities

? Support senior team members in the structuring and execution of Capital Call financing facilities

? Work with internal and external legal counsel on transaction documentation and coordinate the execution process with internal constituents

? Manage internal databases and work on ad hoc projects

? Work with the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to ensure efficient and timely management of annual credit reviews and monitoring of credit performance of existing transactions
Requirements
? BA or BS degree required; concentration in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or Computer Science is preferred but not required

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

? High attention to detail

? Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

? Ability to collaborate with team members and work across the firm to ensure product is delivered to client

? 0-1 years of relevant investment banking work experience (e.g., in Capital Call Financing or Fund Financing) and/or a demonstrated interest in the field

? A plus but not required: Series 7/79 and Series 63 certifications; must complete these exams within 5-months of hire if not already registered
