Key Responsibilities: ? Set up clients to know how to use and be successful in the Love Accelerator program. ? Monitor activity of 250+ clients to identify opportunities for further support. ? Direct interaction with clients via phone/Zoom to identify key needs, identify wins, address resistance or fear, and develop action plans for next steps. ? Qualify clients for an upsell into our premium program, Lux. ? Remediate payment plan failures for existing clients. ? Process renewals, and secure referrals and testimonials. ? Manage a 40-hour weekly schedule including: ? Conducting client onboarding calls to help clients get started and use the product. ? Serving as the first line of customer support via text, email, voicemails, helpdesk, and community forum messages. ? Monitoring feedback surveys, addressing issues, and conducting follow-ups. ? Identifying good leads in the community to ascend to our highest level program. ? Monitoring, and supporting the progress of your clients. ? Mitigating refunds / Buyers remorse through direct communication by phone or Zoom. ? Participate in regular team meetings with the lead.
Qualifications: ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ? Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. ? Ability to be present with emotional conversations with clients at times. ? Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and customer management. ? A proactive mindset to create opportunities rather than waiting for them to show up.

Benefits
Remote work, base salary + commission and the ability to grow in a scaling company.
OTE $80,000 - $90,000/Year
