The Investment Banking Analyst Program at Soci?t? G?n?rale is designed for individuals who are eager to dive into the world of finance, specifically focusing on Capital Call financing. As an Analyst/Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities. You will be responsible for preparing client presentations and marketing materials, utilizing internal underwriting guidelines to produce credit applications, and conducting due diligence on existing and prospective transaction opportunities. In addition to these responsibilities, you will support senior team members in structuring and executing financing facilities, which includes collaborating with internal and external legal counsel on transaction documentation. You will also manage internal databases and work on various ad hoc projects, ensuring efficient and timely management of annual credit reviews and monitoring the credit performance of existing transactions. Responsibilities
? Support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities.

? Prepare client presentations and other marketing material.

? Utilize internal underwriting guidelines and transaction deal terms to produce internal credit applications.

? Conduct client due diligence of existing and prospective transaction opportunities.

? Support senior team members in the structuring and execution of Capital Call financing facilities.

? Work with internal and external legal counsel on transaction documentation and coordinate the execution process with internal constituents.

? Manage internal databases and work on ad hoc projects.

? Work with the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to ensure efficient and timely management of annual credit reviews and monitoring of credit performance.
Requirements
? BA or BS degree required; concentration in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or Computer Science is preferred but not required.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
