As a Specialty Pharmacy SaaS, Customer Success Manager you will be an individual contributor responsible for building strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of strategic Specialty Pharmacy customers. The role helps our customers maximize the value of our proprietary clinical therapy management software for their patients, through a proactive and collaborate approach. Understanding specialty pharmacy workflow and suggesting solutions builds a strong client relationship and trust which is critical to your success as this role also serves as the advocate for our product services and features.
Primary Responsibilities: ? Responsible for account management and customer relationship for specialty pharmacy customers. While the focus will be on specialty pharmacies the position also allows for the opportunity to grow your exposure to many different specialty pharmacy models such as those within the health systems that have a more advanced and/or complex operations model. ? Your experience in specialty pharmacy will help you to recognize opportunities to enhance our client's operational efficiency and provide guidance on best practices. ? Through meaningful conversations with pharmacy directors and management, assist in identifying key software features which may improve their workflow and patient interactions ? Identify customers who may be at risk.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Science or related clinical discipline. Education requirements may be satisfied with equivalent specialty pharmacy experience. ? Experience with patient therapy management within a specialty pharmacy. ? Skills required to effectively organize and lead in person and virtual meetings, internally and with client. ? You must be organization and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ? Self-starter with a proven track record of driving success and aligning complex customer solutions at the executive and department levels. ? Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language. ? Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with other functional areas. ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ? Working knowledge of data analytics/reporting needs of a specialty pharmacy (pharma/payor reporting). ?
